Despite the challenging pace of the stage, which saw the athletes cover 159.4 km on a predominantly flat route from Oosterhout to Oosterhout, the Brescia-born rider demonstrated remarkable determination and skill. Thanks to the teamwork, Mareczko managed to maintain an excellent position within the group, conserving valuable energy and securing a prominent position in the final stage of the race, which led to this great result.
"Of course, I would've liked to win," stated Jakub Mareczko, "unfortunately, things don't always go according to plan. However, I'm still happy with my place on the podium and the team's work. We are in good shape, and this certainly bodes well for the upcoming races."
