Further Education as a Promise of Quality

Since the beginning of January, corratec has been on the road with this year’s academy at nine locations. Around 130 retail partners with a total of approximately 200 participants took part in the workshop series. Our sincere thanks go to all retail partners who joined the corratec academy and actively contributed to the success of this series through their commitment, questions, and feedback.

The corratec academy represents more than product training. It is a central element of our quality strategy. As a German manufacturer and owner-managed family business, we consciously invest in the continuous professional development of our specialist retail partners. Technical expertise, in-depth product knowledge, and strong argumentation skills are decisive factors for competent consultation – and therefore for a convincing brand experience at the point of sale.

This year’s training sessions focused on technical details, design features, product positioning, and practical sales arguments for everyday retail situations. The goal was not only to communicate specifications, but to create a deeper system understanding – from frame concepts and specification lines to clear classification within our product portfolio.
