Participation in the corratec competition and its implementation are governed exclusively by the following provisions:
1. the organizer of the competition is IKO Sportartikel Handels GmbH, Kufsteinerstraße 72, 83064 Raubling.
The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram.
2. persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Employees of IKO Sportartikel Handels GmbH as well as their relatives and business partners are excluded. We reserve the right to exclude participants who enter the competition via a fake Instagram profile. Entries via competition services or through programs/scripts will not be entered into the competition.
3. the prize includes two VIP tickets for UCI MTB Eliminator World Cup Aalen 2025 and two concert tickets for the Michael Schulte concert on 12.07.2025 worth € 318.
4. participation in our competition is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services from the organizer. The prizes will be raffled off among all eligible competition participants worldwide.
5. the closing date for entries is 01.07.2025, 23:59.
6. the winners will be notified via Instagram direct message after the closing date. The winner must confirm receipt of the prize notification to the organizer by 05.07.2025, 23:59 at the latest. If the deadline expires, the organizer is entitled to draw a new winner at random from among the participants.
7. participation in the competition takes place via the social media platform Instagram. To participate in the competition, participants must like the post, follow @corratecbikes and tag another person in the comment field.
8 IKO Sportartikel Handels GmbH is entitled to terminate, suspend or change the competition prematurely if unforeseen circumstances arise that are beyond the organizer's control and make the original implementation more difficult or unreasonable for the organizer. These include, but are not limited to, unauthorized intervention by third parties, technical problems with hardware or software that are beyond the organizer's control and legal violations that are directly related to the implementation of the competition. The conditions of participation can be changed by the organizer at any time without separate notification.
6. the winners will be notified via Instagram direct message after the closing date. The winner must confirm receipt of the prize.
9. the organizer only collects and stores the user name provided by the participant. By participating in this competition, all participants give their consent to the collection of data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. The winner's data will be used to determine and notify the winner. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
10. legal recourse and cash payment of the winnings is excluded. The claim to the prize cannot be assigned or transferred. All participants recognize these conditions.
11. the competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. Instagram is not available as a contact for prediction games and competitions. Legal recourse is excluded. All information and data provided by or collected from participants through the use of the competition application or during the competition will only be provided to IKO Sportartikel Handels GmbH and not to Instagram.
